Owner Operator/Company Driver magazine names Miller publisher

TUSCALOOSA, Ala (Nov. 23, 2004) — Scott Miller has been promoted to publisher of Owner Operator/Company Driver magazine. Prior to his promotion, Miller worked on Overdrive magazine as a driver recruiting sales manager, a position he has held since joining the company in 2001. Scott was instrumental in developing the unique publishing concept for OO/CD which showcases owner-operator focused editorial and advertising on one
side and company driver focused editorial and advertising on the flip side. This approach has successfully helped trucking fleets find new drivers in the current, difficult driver recruiting environment.

In his new role, Mr. Miller will oversee sales and operations for OO/CD. “When we launched OO/CD earlier this year Scott really stepped up to the plate and took ownership of our new driver recruiting publication. He has developed strong relationships with customers, built a solid sales force and has really helped grow the
magazine,” commented Randall Publishing Group Vice President, Jeff Mason. “As publisher I know Scott will continue to grow OO/CD, and we look forward to working with him to continue developing great new recruiting oriented products and services for our readers and our advertisers.” Mason continued.

A native of Birmingham, Ala., Scott proudly served in the U.S. Air Force before joining Randall and settling in Tuscaloosa with his
wife Anne and baby daughter Eva.
