Julie Puckett named Associate Director of Circulation
for Randall Publishing Co.

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (March 2001) – Randall Publishing Co., Tuscaloosa, Ala., announces the promotion of Julie Puckett to Associate Director of Circulation for the trade publishing business. Puckett’s new duties include creating and implementing marketing efforts and developing internet strategies to enhance circulation, as well as strategic planning and budgeting for the circulation department, continuing to build a team of quality circulation professionals and maintaining high quality, competitive BPA statements for all of Randall’s publications.

She joined Randall ten years ago as the operations/marketing manager for Randall’s promotion and award manufacturing company, the Award Company of America. Her meticulous business skills helped promote her to other areas of the company, including positions as business analyst and assistant controller. In 1999, Puckett joined her current department as circulation manager, overseeing seven of Randall’s publications.

Puckett, a native of Gulfport, Miss., received a BS in business administration from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1981 and her MBA from the University of Alabama in 1998. Puckett maintains Randall Publishing’s affiliation with BPA International and is a Postal Committee Member of the American Business Media and a member of the USPS Periodicals Focus Group.
